Chris Sivells

Chris Sivells is a modern-day psalmist, reformist, and storyteller, whose work bridges music, media, and transformation. Born in California, raised in texas, between choir stands and cassette collections, Chris grew up immersed in both scripture and sound. By age 8, he was performing solos; by 9, writing lyrics; and by 19, signed to his first label.

A young man with glasses and slicked-back hair sitting on the ground near a bush, wearing a blue sweatshirt, gray pants, and black and red sneakers, leaning against a white pole.

Influenced by a wide spectrum of artists, from gospel greats to poetic emcees, Chris developed a sound marked by lyrical dexterity, emotional depth, and melodic layering. Over the years, he’s released mixtapes, engineered and produced for others, built a loyal online following through covers and remixes, and refined his craft in storytelling and musicality.

In 2012, his creative journey took a radical turn through a spiritual awakening that reshaped both his life and his message. From that moment forward, his mission became clear: to help others encounter freedom, whether through a lyric, a melody, or a moment of honest vulnerability.

Now based in Dallas, Chris walks as a worship leader, coach, songwriter, and recording artist, blending spiritual authority with artistic depth. His music is cinematic, his storytelling intentional, and his purpose bold: to create art that moves people, emotionally, spiritually, and culturally. His debut album on K’NILLE STUDIOS, “light.”, is a radiant declaration of the Brightness and Splendor of JESUS CHRIST, a soundscape of worship, wonder, and revival.
